Terms & conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers at this website, operated by TireNord AB (org. no. 556000-0000). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including 25% VAT. Prices are per tire unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

3. Orders

When you have placed an order you receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is binding when we have confirmed the order. You can order as a guest or with a customer account.

4. Payment

You can pay with Klarna (invoice, part payment or card), Swish, or Visa/Mastercard. Klarna's terms apply to Klarna payments. All card payments are encrypted and processed by our payment provider.

5. Delivery

We deliver to your home address, a pickup point or one of our installation partners. Delivery times are stated on the product page and in the checkout. See our delivery information for details.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, provided the products are unused and unmounted. See our return policy.

7. Complaints and warranty

You have a 3-year right of complaint for faulty goods in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Normal wear and damage caused by incorrect use, fitting or storage are not covered.

8. Fitment guarantee

If you enter your car's registration number at checkout and the tires turn out not to fit your car, we exchange them free of charge, provided they have not been mounted.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Read more in our privacy policy.

10. Disputes

If we cannot agree, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
