Changed your mind? You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or someone you appointed, received the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
Important: tires and wheels must be unused and unmounted. Products that have been fitted to a car cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
How to return
- Notify us
Contact customer service or use the standard withdrawal form within 14 days. State your order number. - Pack the goods
Return the products in good condition, preferably with the original labels attached. - Send the return
We send you a return label. The return shipping cost is deducted from the refund unless the product was faulty. - Get your refund
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used (Klarna, Swish or card).
Complaints
You have a 3-year right of complaint for faulty products under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us as soon as possible after you discover a fault, with your order number and photos of the problem.
